What agency enforces karaoke channel downloads being used in a commercial environment in the U.S.? |

No one- YET. However, if the publishers/owners ever DO get involved, a download based show may incur liability, since no U.S. licensing - unlike the UK- has ever been drafted. I'd start worrying when and if the owner/publishers get involved. However, limiting liability is always a good business practice. |

We are investigating the commercial use of KC tracks, but we have not yet determined what action we might take, or whether Stingray would need to be involved.
