cool to see, but i think one filing, following through, then the other coming right behind would be more effective as a deterrent moving forward. that said, good to see the big boys working together finally. |

One filing and following through and the other coming right behind would not work because the first one to get a judgement would become the first in line with a lien on the assets. This would discourage anyone else from wasting resources to secure a judgement to become second in line for assets that would no longer exist. Filing as joint privateers will allow them to share the booty of a judgement in their favor. |

But the price went up from $3k to $4k! Also notice this has all been advertised around KS which is based in Southern California & Kurt has stated in the article that lawsuits in the L.A. area are about to be filed. Get Legit Or Quit! |
