The problem with her and everyone before her is she is a lawyer and as usual she wants to keep the laws as conflicted as possible (by her statement). She doesn't want to define anything with the exceptions to the law ie: fair use more than it already is, and way to many people are using the loosely worded parts of that as an excuse for piracy.

I say tighten down the whole thing as far as exceptions go and leave them well defined.
