Yes, I am aware of him being warned about the libel issues at least 4 or 5 times, over the course of a year. When he wouldn't stop I started saving every one of these "very public attacks" not only on Sound Choice but against me personally. I have 2 different attack adds that he placed on Ebay against both Sound Choice and myself as well as 8 different Craigslist adds which were nothing but personal attacks on me or my business and 1 that was up on his website for over a year, I recorded all of these and have them stored on hard copy as well as the computer. When Sound Choice gets started good I will be filing against him as well. I have to file within three years and still have 1 1/2 since he took the offending adds out.

Interesting that you of all people would do this since you still have unfounded accusations on SC's board placed in January that are personal attacks against me... So it appears as though SC doesn't have a problem facilitating your libelous statements on their website..

(just an observation)

Chip, if you think the post on that board are libel then feel free to file a lawsuit against me! Of course the problem is that the truth can not be held as libel.

Julie, why have you not commented on my post stating that Chip baited Thunder?

Being the OP here, Chip's first post on this thread was at Thunder's throat, & doesn't seem very nice to me.

So if you want Jian to do something about Thunder's post, I request as the OP, that Chip is reprimanded as well. Seems only fair.

Actually I believe the term was "stupidity"!

And yes it was nice and peaceful here while I was gone, I noticed that you nor chips made post on these subjects two days after I was banned and didn't start posting again until I was back for two days, the fact is there were very few post made by anyone while I was banned. However it seems that once again traffic has picked up a lot in the last 4 days.

Neither one of you were mentioned in any post that I made until this thread, you must really crave the attention, or am I just a target for your pent up anger at the manus for going after pirates?

See, here's the problem. You make accusations, I get appropriately angry, and then you make more accusations. Same crap, different day. Yawn. I really have no problem with manufacturers going after pirates if they use honesty and legitimate investigative techniques, but sadly, Sound Choice does not.

In any event, I'll take quiet and peaceful anyday.

See here is the problem, first Chip and then you made a direct attack on me without any previous interaction in a thread that had nothing to do with either one of you or was of any concern to either one of you. So for anyone with an ounce of brains they could easily see exactly what you are and what you are doing!
