With all the talk of SC's gem series contracts indemnifying themselves from liability from copyright holders, I was wondering if there is anything wrong with copy/pasting those verses into our own contracts? Cause I'm digging it. I want to use it myself. |

As long as you replace all references to the original company with your own, I see no problem.. Most contracts are template or close to it anyway.. |
