That looks the the process for auditing a disc based KJ. Now get out the soldering iron and mark it anywhere in the clear part.

Except the transformers on each side of the disc in this video are each about the size of a kitchen dishwasher.... You'd be able to use the hands on the electric co. meter as a fan every time the transformers kicked in... |
