Funny I like the "Unknown Parties, Defendant". That could be the entire state of AZ for as broad as that is.

There was a DJ Jewels in that case, but her name is not Annette. http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/granule/USCOURTS-azd-4_12-cv-00298/USCOURTS-azd-4_12-cv-00298-1Richard Bergschneider, Defendant Stephen M Brown, Defendant Kent B Campbell, Defendant Command Performance Karaoke & DJs, DefendantDJ BenJammin, Defendant DJ Cowboy, Defendant DJ Jewels, Defendant DJ Julianna, Defendant DJ Richard B, Defendant DJ Silver, Defendant DJ Soup, Defendant DJ Tiff, Defendant DJ Tigger, Defendant David R Fuller, Defendant Gary Anthony Granito, DefendantAlejandro Gutierrez Jr., Defendant Julie Ann Holodynski, Defendant John D Hurbon, Defendant Jamie P Jackson, Defendant Jamie J-DJ, Defendant Benjiman Knauer, Defendant Tiffany McDaniel, Defendant Keith E Powell, Defendant Rex, Defendant Sharon D Silver, Defendant Tony G, Defendant Tony G DJ LLC, Defendant Brandon Turner, Defendant Unknown Parties, Defendant Piracy Recovery LLC, Plaintiff Slep-Tone Entertainment Corporation, Plaintiff believe it or not, i am not trying to be nasty, but you said you were very sure about this case as you investigated it yourself, and you saw what you saw. Command Performance was not sued on the Granito....incorrect suing DJ Jewels....correct, it was a late night, she is not part of it. sorry, my mistake on that. spoke to the guy she works for....incorrect, a guy is not her boss. her name is not annette....correct...annette is the boss and owner of Command Performance. Annette looks nothing like a guy. I have no idea where the information on that link came from, but Command Performance was NOT a defendant in that case. It is not listed in the caption as a defendant. It is mentioned in the complaint, but not as a defendant. This is the only paragraph in the complaint that mentions Command Performance: 14. Defendant David R. Fuller (“Fuller”) is an individual who resides in Maricopa County and who is a provider of karaoke entertainment services through TGDJ using the name “Rex.” Defendant Fuller also provides karaoke services through an entity known as “Command Performance Karaoke & DJs,” the relationship of which to TGDJ, if any, is unknown at this time. That comes from the file-stamped complaint in this case, which I cannot post here due to forum rules. DJ Jewels was, at that time, working for Tony G DJ & Karaoke Service, and she was most certainly doing so using a computer. Does she work for Command Performance now? Could be. She apparently moved away from Tucson. I have no idea what she's doing now. But at the time of the lawsuit, she was working for Tony G.

Could it be possible that there is two command performance companies, one legit and the other a defendant? Stranger things have been known to happen.

Despite the link, Command Performance is not a defendant in any SC lawsuit and has not ever been. I have no information as to whether they are legit or not. The only mention of Command Performance in the complaint in question is in connection with a person who worked both for Command Performance and for a company that is a defendant.

Jewels using a computer i see, but Command Performance was not and that was my point. don't know who David is, CP only has 5 hosts and none are David so can't help there.

On another point, as far as distributing downloads to the US, I JUST bought and DOWNLOADED two sets of music from Zoom, directly. So, they ARE still selling downloads to the US. This was about 3 weeks ago.

I don't believe buying direct from the manu was stopped, they couldn't distribute via retail outlets within the US anymore is what I understood. After a certain date. Anything the stores already had on hand could be sold, but after that was gone it was gone.

As an individual and not a distributor we are allowed to buy one copy of each CDG at a time. Zoom has told some I know that they won't ship two copies of the same CDG to the US. But in any case with them, they no longer sell CDGs directly from their website. You have to go through Amazon. The others I don't know about as I don't buy from them.
