From what I can gather the case was transferred to the middle district of Florida and a mediator shall be appointed.

Just in. Lawsuits do not have to be filed individually just grouped per Federal District. Therefore you will see each district filed with a number of people named instead of a statewide filing. This will effectively have more named in a more targeted manner.

Unless you can produce the court ruling to support your statement above, you are incorrect. Each judge in the district CAN rule that these suits be filed individually because the defendants were not "working together" nor was their actions "in concert."...

SC attempted one statewide filing to save on filing costs. That will no longer happen in the northern district of Florida.

Frankly, I think the defendants should motion the court to divide them into separate actions.... but that's just my opinion.
