Unless you can produce the court ruling to support your statement above, you are incorrect.
Each judge in the district CAN rule that these suits be filed individually because the defendants were not "working together" nor was their actions "in concert."...
SC attempted one statewide filing to save on filing costs. That will no longer happen in the northern district of Florida.
Frankly, I think the defendants should motion the court to divide them into separate actions.... but that's just my opinion.
