It comes down to doing this is a COMMERCIAL SETTING. IE the bar. Thats the bottom line. Ok for PERSONAL USE...Not ok for COMMERCIAL USE as you descirbe...and LONNIE is absouletly correct..........the bar is gaining a commercial and competitive advantage.

Well, there aren't any. He made it up.

Yup. There have been disc based hosts that have had their names tainted, been persecuted, had to lose time ( which equals money) and energy to get SC to back off- but I don't know of any that settled. That would have been stupid on the KJ's part.
