You have to read it as the word "Unauthorized"
attached to each word that follows:
Unauthorized Copying
Unauthorized Hiring
Unauthorized Lending
Unauthorized Public Performance
Unauthorized Communication to the Public.
Zoom made the disc with the knowledge that it would be used in a Public Venue for Public Performance/s. The Unauthorized part of that would be if you copied the disc without purchasing a 2nd copy, and then used it with more than one setup (multi-rig). The Unauthorized copying would be that (what I just mentioned), or possibly the conversion of the file from Disc to PC without their (ZOOM) prior permission to Media-Shift (assuming one needs that permission from them). The Unauthorized Public Performance would be for something like you using their backing tracks to perform professionally (at a Record Company, or for a TV Commercial, etc...).
