He just seems to want to call himself an organization head. In need of status? Come to think of it, this description sounds familiar....

This org is still in its formation. Attempting to set a course that will best serve the Whole of the karaoke community. So are you now saying you didn't answer my question about mfr. involvement because you don't know yet? I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night.....
