I have downloaded numerous artist off off of a file sharing group. If I delete the Sound Choice ones, can I use the Chartbuster, Legends, SunFly, Karaoke Version etc in my show without the actual disk?

Not if you want to be legal. Sound Choice owns the rights to Chartbuster, Karaoke Version is only legally available from their website so you'd better have a receipt from them. Basically if it's from a disk you should have an original disk and not a burned copy, if it's from a download site you should have a receipt from an authorized dealer. It boils down to the fact that if you use music from a file sharing group you're stealing and can be held libel as can your venue.
