I don't completely agree with you here. The high prices that people on E-Bay and Craig's List are commanding/demanding may just be because they (the sellers) know all about the litigation going on, and they want to take advantage of this situation be being greedy. As for the people buying it at these higher prices, some are buying it because they really do want to have whatever songs are on those discs they are getting (and can't find it on any other Manu brand).
