Hate to do this, but you are definitely wrong.
Crime related to pot is everywhere and people are killed over it all the time. Check Mexico for starters. Who do you think supplies all the pot and how do you think they keep from going to jail over it? By saying, "pretty please don't arrest me?".
It's most definitely a crime that involves violence, and every day.
Sorry. This is a touchy spot for me. Two of my friends were mistakenly murdered over someone else's pot.
