If you use the contact us link on the page they will explain downloads are for "home use only" BTW purchasing the download cards from Target.com or Bestbuy will get you the same tracks for less than 50 cents each(including shipping from target)

The legend (which has been printed on every CDG SC ever manufactured) does state that the discs are not for public performance without authorization, but what that means is that the performance rights fees must be paid (to ASCAP, BMI & SESAC, as applicable).So, why would a download be any different?
