I offered them a very good price for everything - it's already installed & hardwired in the club also. They just didn't want to do that - they have no interest in owning their own system, figure they have been paying 7 nights a week for 20 years now. They are about to do a full gut the place remodel & are planning on me being there as well, already asking my opinion on where the stage and everything should go.

I didn't mean a discount on equipment I meant a discount on your KJ services. If they would be paying you the same money, then why would they want to buy equipment that you're currently providing?

They would still have to pay kj fees, of course. I offered to work for what I pay my hosts, they still didn't want it.

Omg, there is such a thing! Yes. We, the KJ's weren't invited. After all...why ask the people who buy your product if they want it, like it or how to improve it? They know best what WE want after all.

Companies have summits, meetings, or whatever you want to call them to discuss products, policies, etc, without ever inviting consumers to attend.

Some companies also make poor decisions, run off what should have been valued customers, fail to protect their investments, infringe on ip rights of others, file bankruptcy, go out of business etc... Just because some companies do it, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
