Ran across a link to a pirate online store while surfing on craigslist. They have an online store setup (payment via paypal) and you can order preloaded hard drives with:
282,000 Karaoke tracks for $350
224,800 DJ tracks for $350
Both Karaoke/DJ for $525.

They also offer monthly updates for Karaoke or DJ for $22.50 ea.

Looking through their FAQ's I found this about their updates:

Q: How do the karaoke updates work?

A: Each month we normally get between 10-20 new discs from Pop Hits Monthly, Chartbuster, Quick Hits, Easy Karaoke, Mr.Entertainer, Sunfly, Express Hits, etc. These companies usually release new discs every month or every couple of months. And on every disc there's anywhere from 10 to 20 songs, so the actual number of songs you receive in a given month will vary.

Q: How do the DJ updates work?

A: Each month it's between 600-800 songs



I didn't post the link to the site as I wasn't sure what the policy was on posting a link of that nature.

The site was setup as a subdomain of webs.com which is a free webhosting solution in MD. Actually seems as though I remember a familiar pirate add using an email address very similar to the beginning part of their domain name.

With the verified paypal account he claims to have, wouldn't it make it easier to track this guy down?

yes Hitech it would be easy to track him down but someone with the link would have to report it to SC/CB/KIAA ect I know you want to do the right thing flag and report away

I plan on notifying CB, but with no mention of SC content is SoundChoice or the KIAA even going to be interested?

I notify everyone and post these links here asking everyone to report and flag so do many others same with ebay postings takes many reports to have CL pull and ad...if you feel better you can pm friends and ask them to flag

KIAA would be very interested in the customer list, dont know about the sellers themselves. post 'em and flag 'em, KIAA wont do $hit, but we can.
