Phil, you nipped the personal attacks in the bud?....why?
After reading many of them......I was beginning to feel better about myself.....oh well, guess that means back to the $200/hr guy......

Why was my suggestion to sticky other legalities related topics deleted?

Didn't see it..
However, stickies can be done in a few cases..
I stickied (is that a word?) the post about the SC audit fee. (Without judgement)

I also deleted posts in that thread that appeared to be stirring the pot.

Normally, a sticky is not a discussion area..

Arguments on obscure legal points solve little.

I choose to delete off topic, nebulous, rancor filled posts without counsel.

Well how about sticking the following. This is just a suggestion (to keep things unbiased)

1. A link to the ipjustice article on cdg fair use
2. A thread on the legalities of tricerasofts karaoke. He has provided many detailed explanations.

#1 is still arguable, but seeing that #2 is a sponsor of this site, it probably wouldn't be a bad thing to do (it would also clear up any confusion of legal/vs illegal download sites)

All good suggestions.. I'm sure our "Jailhouse Lawyers" will assist you.
