I have deiscovered several IP addresses that have been accessing the Singers Showcase site improperly.

If you find that you are experiencing troubles connecting to SS let me know - I may have blocked your IP address.

Let me know who your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is.

NOTE: techmedia.net has been accessing the backend of the database. They have been blocked.

I don't believe that you are blocked. I think it is a cookie or cache issue.

Follow these instructions:

Temp Files & Cookies: DELETE THESE - here is how:
In MS Internet Explorer - Toolbar Select Tools Scroll Down to & Click Internet Options...
Click 'Delete Cookies' button & Click 'Delete Files'
Then Click Clear History.

Close all browser windows.

Reopen browser

Go to www.SingersShowcase.com - login. If you are still unable you may have to restart your computer after completing the above steps again.

Question for you, Phill ... every now and again when I make a comment to a singer .. I get the message below.  The comment goes through okay... but I was wondering if you know WHY that pops up on the top of the singers profile page.. and if you've had this brought to your attention by anyone else?

Thanks.. CCindy

Not that I recall - has anyone pointed that out to me before...

I will see if I can determine the problem.

That's happened to me several times too Cindy, just figured it was some kind of scripting error and went onto the next listen lol

that's scary-- sounds like a bit of hacking going on if they're getting to the mysql database.... crush them into paste

For some unknown reason I am also unable to receive any of my 'PM's' that many people are trying to send me, and I cannot always comment on everyones songs because it won't go through. Thankyou, I will send you my IP addy in your 'PM', thankyou once again Phill.
...and the other problem as you probably don't see on here, it is  still there...I have no idea how to remove it nor I have no idea who has done this to me. It certainly is NOT me. Could you please check into this 'problem' please?

I also believe what 'Unclefire' said above my post. Something is in disarray and I cannot seem to correct it on my own. I just need to know why I cannot receive anyones PM's to me . I hope you received mine.

I am also having difficulties in trying to submit songs, there is an error it keeps saying and everyone who goes to my songs say's there is an something about: mysql???~~Not sure what this means. Can you please help me figure this all out I would truly appreciate this. Thank you once again Phill.

NOT Receiving PMs?!

Check to make certain that you have not exceeded your quota. Delete some of the old PMs in order to receive new ones.

Try that then let me know if it resolved the problem
