Ok... fer cryin out loud I STILL have problems replying to some of my comments on my subs! I click on the "reply to comment" link and nuthin happens except my screen jumps back up to the top again... This has been going on FOOOOOOREVER now..... I'd bet a year already..... WHAT GIVES?!?! Should this not be FIXED yet? How many freakin people have complained about this? How many MORE have to complain before it actually works? CAN ANYONE HEAR ME????

You are right Crystal .. you and many others have been asking to have that fixed. I've noticed lately that my comments to singers aren't showing up for several minutes... even with a refresh. So.... I go back... and re-comment... and then guess what??? YUPPERS... BOTH comments appear. Grrrrrrrrr..... Glitches are expected .. but when they are pointed out ... and out... and out.. it does get frustrating when they aren't dealt with. Hope it all works out for ya! |

Strange, this is the first that I knew of a complaint. I have noticed. That there are more and more errors by people posting comments and not being properly logged in. These are the mysterious "new" comments. I usually go through daily and delete those. The problems with posts not showing for hours is really strange as soon as you submit the comment or reply it is stored in the database. The next time someone accesses the database via the SS site your comment/reply is displayed. Jumping screens? Or inability to reply tells me that there is something at the user end. This may be a setting on your computer or with the browser. Such as a Pop-up blocker. Let me know exactly what occurs and I will see if I can figure out if there is anything that I can do or if I need to bring in the db experts. |

mine used to do what Crystal is saying is happening... not everytime either.. but since I disabled ALL popup blockers... including the one I didn't realize I had on my Norton's.. I haven't had the problem anymore. |

Yikes Crystal, quit screamin'. LMAO Hey, I've had that happen RE-peatedly on my subs. I know exactly what you mean: You click "reply"... and it pops back to the top of the page, with no reply box. Actually, it's happening now on my 2nd to the last sub. Sometimes, it does it after I've replied to a few people, then it wont let me reply on the rest of them. What I've done...... dunno why it works..... but sometimes it does: When it starts doing that, "edit" that song, change some little something in your song description, a word or two, then it will let you start replying again. Wierd how/why that would do something but it does. Some songs- I've had to do that like 3 times.... it'll work, then stop again, then I edit again- and can reply to a few more. Kind of a dumb fix, but it worked to get replies out to people. And PHIL....... I shouted from the rooftops about this a few months ago as well. :D |

well my settings are always set the same.... and sometimes replying works..... sometimes it doesn't. I've tried all kinds of variations with pop-up blockers. no difference. |
