You need to apply to be a part of the "Singers" usergroup Okie...
Click GROUPS.... On your Member Area on the left...
<<<<<<<<
Then Phill will approve your application and you'll be able to post in that forum

You have to apply to the singers forum but I think you also have to have at least 10 posts elsewhere on some of the other forums.
