Is there a way to completely ignore a thread?

Post subject:  Is there a way to completely ignore a thread?
I didn't know where to put this so I figured this is the best place

Is there a way I can flag certain threads so that it will ignore then when I click on the 'view new posts' link?

a lot of threads I am just simply not interested in reading

:lol: then just don't read them......we all have an ignore button in our brains....... :)

There is a friend/Foe feature with this forum...

I believe it works like this:
When you select someone as a friend you're notified when they are on.
When you select someone as a foe - you no longer see their posts.

Other than being able to ignore a thread by not reading it I am not certain that there is a feature for that yet. I'll look for a mod - if somebody already knows of one for phpBB3 let me know.

Well, I didn't create the system just implemented it! LOL

I don't block anyone even on Social Networks - I'd rather know what they are up to than be ignorant of them... ;)
