Phil : While you have forum rules which I agree with and will standby I want to remind you of one thing This country has something which is called freedom of speech. It makes no difference if i am standing in the park or expressing myself on the internet. You have no right to tell me what to say, you do have the right to eliminate me as a member. I can take it to the highest courts. The attacks on some hosts lately deserve a lawsuit which I find totally distastefull and I also have the right to sue you or anybody for defamation of character. |

Ollie, I can't agree. They have every right to control how this part of the net is accessed. |

I am confused as to what you are referring to?? What is/was the problem that would have you to compose this thread? |

Ollie honey you know I love you lots...but I gots to disagree with that. This is a privately owned forum...look at it this way...if I invited you into my home and you started spouting religious propaganda, I would be within my rights to show you the door, cos it is not a public domain, therefore I have some control over what is said and done on my own property. Another example is shooting someone who has invaded my property...I may just get away with it if he/she is found armed and dead in my house...but I would be incarcerated if he was found dead on the pavement outside my gateway. Everyone has rights to make rules in their own domain now come here n give me a hug |

Privately owned bboards are not a democracy, you agree to this when agreeing to the terms of service agreement prior to entering the site. The TOS allows the owners of a site the freedom to do WHATEVER they opt to therefore agreeing to the TOS means you agree that you are joining a PRIVATE site where your constitutional (First Amendment) rights do not apply. Like a persons private home you can be kicked out at anytime WITHOUT reason on any privately owned site. |
