Below I have provided an explaination on how to create a Poll.

1. Enter the forum of your choice.
2. Select New Topic

3. You will now see the screen below:

1. You must enter a subject (Topic Name)
2. you must enter a message body.
3. Then enter the Poll question.
4. Enter the question Answer#1
5. click 'Add Option' for next answer.
6. you may do this for up to 10 answers

5. Now click 'Submit' - 'Preview' will not display the poll!

Also, note you cannot create polls in existing Topics - you must start a new topic to create a poll.
