I have been looking for a "Mark all Posts as read" function for the forums but I have been unable to find it. I found the "View unread posts" and "View latest unread post" options. Just want to mark everything as read now and then without going to each thread.

You have to go to Board Index and then you will see "mark all forums read" on the right side.
