Hi i have payed by paypal for a premium membership...the paypal info tells me that i have payed correct...but still i cant opload songs...still its a limit only to 3mb files..my membership said 7mb...so i guess its not yet opgraded..i have tryed to contact karaokescene bye more than one e-mail ..but still no answer...so where do i go from here????anyone knows???sure i could try to opgrade again ...but do i than pay doubble??and where can i check my membership status on the site...as far as i can see im just a registrated member..i cant see any info around the premium opgrade..! hope anyone could help me...regards linda39

Linda I am not sure but I think it sometimes can take a day or two. When I upgraded from the free it took at least 24 hours

Hi and ty for your answer...well its been 6 days now...so i think they had time enough..maby something wrong have appered ...but than again why not answer my e-mails???i think 6 days is long enough...the money is taken from my account...so i dont dare to try opgrade one more time..than i get charged twice...if i only could get an answer on the e-mails i have sent...it would bee much more eazy...smiling...  have a greate day hun...big hug linda39

Investigating...

I normally upgrade accounts within 48 hours. This is a manual process.

Also, did you upgrade from one level (besides FREE) to another? Often this causes the trouble. Because the original upgrade must be removed and cancelled prior to upgrading to another.

Additionally be certain that you login to SS and modify your profile this normal activates your SS membership account properly!
