Why are Private Messages I have tried to send just sitting in my Outbox?

These actually have been sent - they will stay in your outbox until they are read by the party you are sending them to.

Now they may not be receiving them because their inbox is full or they just haven't bothered to read them yet.

I would suggest that everyone check their messages.

You may wish to delete all messages that are stored in your inbox and sent box. Also, you can save messages to a saved folder if you wish.

There is a limit to how many messages you can have stored. Check your Stats!

Thanks, webguru, but now why is my sentbox completely empty?  I had several sent messages in there, but way below my limit.  Does the inbox and sentbox automatically empty after a certain amount of time?

Actually it was me - Oops...

I was checking some settings and saw that there was a bunch of space being used for duplicate messages? So I deleted the dupes - Poof! All sent emails were gone.

Sorry - but you see the amount of space available!

I am going to try to resolve this!

On the left is the Member Area (Black Box)

Click "Launch Prillian" (in your case "You have 13 new IMs")

This will open a new window:

Click the Icon {in red}

Another window will open:

Check the boxes to the Far right to select for deletion.
Then click the "delete" button.

These should now be gone:


You can now close that window and the Prillian main window.
Refresh the forums and there should no longer be New IMs!

K.... I followed the directions.  Only had 3 messages in there ... all from YOU ..... but deleted them all ...... and this is what I now have after a refresh.
