Karaoke Forums

I use Roxbox for my kjing. I'm going to have to get another program to just dj music with. I don't want alotta bells and whistles..and cost. I just wanna be able to do a search for a song..and be able to play music I have in folders. Any suggestions?

Otherwise if you just want to play music, your your Windows media player or Quicktime or something.

Use player 2 for Dj Then make up some playlists EX Country 50's 60's etc. I install another winamp and put a cross fader on player 2 and put in ap (autoplay) Also you can randomize the orde

are you trying to say clubdjpro?
If so I would recommend it as well.
If you don't need all the hosting tools provided by a hosting software: Hoster, PCDJ KJ, RoxBox, or Sax & Dotty's to name a few then ClubdjPro might also answer your karaoke needs as well.
But he did say cost was a factor so I would suggest their lite software instead of the full fledge one. You lose the karaoke capability but you were only looking dj only.

yeah, that's the one.

and the lite version still supported the karaoke function I believe... but the question was on dj stuff... so that's what I was talking about.

I use VirtualDJ and I just love it. I tried a few other ones and I found VirtualDJ to be most intuitive program to use.
