Here's an African Grey Parrot.  The bird really seems to enjoy the microphone too.  I wonder how the trainer keeps the bird so attentive.  Some treat under the windscreen ?   Seems the Parrot likes something about the microphone

awwwwwww you're making me miss my sabra girl steven....i'm planning to go see her sometime this week hopefully....what's amazing to me is how they actually can mimic so many different 'voices'....sabra would holler at me in a man's voice and when i would answer 'what?' she would answer in a little girl voice 'what ya doin'?'  she's fooled me many times thinking it was one of my son's talking....

and awwwwwwww leiber is an adorable dog....i was smiling ear to ear listening to him....

I can imagine Milo.   This is why I'm taking my time thinking before delving in and getting a bird that will likely out live me, this can be tough on both myself, and the bird if there are compatability probs.   Can you imagine if the bird ends up impersonating my typing in here ?  and starts laughing repeating stuff it hears such as,  "Damn Kappy,  You post such great stuff,  I can sit here and read you all day <SPEW> ROFLAO " ?     I'm afraid I might end up getting a fathead.

I hate to say it,  but I don't even know what species of animal Seal and Sea Lions, Walrus etc are..  But they are pretty funny.

This is Alex and Dr Irene Pepperberg from University of Arizona.  This is supposedly the smartest bird that has been observed for any time-span.  What bothers me however, is I saw someplace that Alex supposedly has an IQ of 77.. Personally,  if the bird is able to score a 77 on an intelligence test given by a human,  my guess is the bird might VERY well be smarter than the human,  Let's see how well a human does if forced to confirm to a life accomodating avian communication skills..  LOL

According to some, birds are considerably smarter than once assumed.  Not sure when this date was documented.

There's a really smart Congo African Grey on this site,  however it's vocabulary isn't quite what most would wish for their pet to incessantly be repeating.  You can seek this out on your own of course LOL
