| Post subject: | Songs don't match title on neo-disks |
I just bought a rsq e-500 neo-g player. On 3 of the Neo-disks on some songs, the header list's the name of one song and plays another. These are not previews, but actually postviews. And, a couple songs have lyrics and no audio. Is this a disc issue? Or What? |

I also have the RSQ E500 and have had some similar problems. First was one of the discs did not match the catalog that they sent me in a PDF file. I contacted the place where I had bought the unit and they gladly exchanged the disc and admitted that it was a labeling problem. The second problem I have is there is at least one song that I know of (havent checked them all) where the display that comes up when you enter the selection number and the catalog match up but the song that actually plays is not the correct song. I hope that they will take care of this for me but I haven't had a chance to call in with the problem yet, I will keep you posted. And let me know if you have any luck. On another note, have you had any problems getting the RSQ E500 to load CDGs? I sure do have a problem with that and was just curious if you had this issue with your unit as well. Thanks Tyler |
