Hello. Just wanted to introduce myself before I jump into the forums. My name is Brainstew and I sing. Well, I think that covers it... Nah, I think I'll say more. I am currently in school. I am a beginning singer with hopes that this site and forums will aid me in not sucking at it. Don't get me wrong, I'm decent, but nothing too special. I love to sing and get much joy out of it. Nothing better than letting it all loose with a good song, you know. I sing professionally. Well, actually I don't, but, hey, I can dream, right? Actually, I sing in my school's choral program and in the hotspot known as my shower. I have a lot of questions about singing and vocals, so please, when you run into me on the forums, bear with me. I have an inquisitve mind, what can I say? Here's some bonus info on me if you're curious. My favorite band is Green Day. I love the lead singer's, Billie Joe's, vocals. He is one of the reason I started to seriously think about my singing. Before him, I never gave singing a second thought as some something to improve or work on, I did it mostly for fun. The other bands I listen to include: The Killers, AFI, My Chemical Romance, The Presidents, Living End, and much, much more. BTW, you have a very lovely site on your hands. Very nice, indeed. |

Welcome. I hope you can submit some rock songs on singers showcase. We get some rock subs but could use more. Being a good singer is not a prerequisite to contributing here. All that matters is that you love karaoke! |

Hello dere Brainstew (BRAINSTEW??? As long as I don't see that on a soup can label)! You'll find a number of really great singers on the site that sing the genres you enjoy too. |
