It's been unseasonably warm as most know. Well, FIRST sign of winter precip this season is happening now. 7 PM EST New Years Eve... Not a safe thing considering how many go out on the roads tonight. Freezing drizzle/black ice all night.

I know what you mean. Everyttime we get winter precip that's what we get, black ice.
