After I really retired is when I actually puuting money into a good system and and buying music.. The bar businees in this area has gone to hell along with karaoke.. With one of the best systems around I have gradually stopped comitting to old accounts and actually thought I had my system sold... It was a hand shake and the closing would be on tue... No buyer he wouldnt even aswer his phone..
So it is after xmas and I realize I dont have a new years gig for the first timr in years...It is sad in ways but now for the first time in many years I can drink as much as I want and bring in the new year like any drunk....
What do you do with a top notch system that lonman and others have helped put together It is dormant and I wonder if knightshow is doing a gig this eve in KC..
Phil finally started another forum I think we need pone now for the old timers..
But most of the young whipper snappers here wouldnt qualify :D
This thread didnt start out as a Happy New Thread but might as well wish everybody here a good year to come and I pray that karaoke doesnt die in your area as much as it has here... And I hope that by the time it does people here will start discussing it versus petty crap...
And stop turning threads into their own agenda ..
It is a problem that you will have to solve soon...And by that time maybe most here will know what the real issues are and have some positive suggestions..
