I know I started this thread in the other forum but I should have started it here because I just realized that I really wanted to answer the responders to the thread. Knowing that is not a good idea in the other forum I started this thread here where the rules are a little more relaxed so I can explain some of the ways people have helped when the questions come up.

It was important to express that everyone helped in way or another, even those who don't host shows have helped.

Once again a special thanks to Rich for taking over the show after a couple of hours.
