VocoPro Systems.....Excellent, Just Okay or Junk?

VocoPro = Just OK, consumer-grade, overpriced

They label their products as dedicated "karaoke" products then charge about 50% too much for them. The average consumer does not realize that karaoke equipment is just normal PA equipment, and besides the player, you don't need specialized "karaoke" equipment to make it work.

But in almost ALL instances, for every $100 you pay for a VocoPro product, you could have gotten the same thing in a higher quality professional grade PA component for $25 less/$100 spent.

In the end, though, VocoPro systems will do the job for home karaoke, and it isn't really junk, it is just consumer-grade for the same price or more than the same stuff in pro-grade.
