I have heard this song in one of the karaoke bar. I tried KJpro Db but comes out nothing. The karaoke version that I saw was in Video.

Anyone know where I can get it from?

Tokyo Square is the group and Within You'll remain is the title of the song. The song sound very chinese, and in fact have a chinese line in it. It may have come from those old laser disc.
