I noticed some xlr connectors are made of plastic and sone are medal. Has anyone had a problem with either. Im going to make the connection from my mixer to the powered speakers approx 25 feet. What is perferred |

Hi Algae, Stay away from plastic ones and go with metal XLR connectors and plugs. jdrifter is absolutely correct on both counts...use only the metal connectors, more durable plus i bought a four pack of those mics 8 months ago...sound super and have had zero problems... |
