best laptop 2 use with swift elite old laptop wont work newbie  :(

Suggest look at the specs on the website and go with a little more than what they state as suggested specs.  Don't go between the minimum and the suggested as this might not work for you. Going a little above should gurantee the compatability issues that you were met with your old laptop. Also look at your old laptop and the specs they suggest for their remote song entry sytem as this may remove the need to constantly update your books and will remove the need for slips as well.
