hi all,
I'm setting up a Karaoke night in the local club and have bought sunfly and legends karaoke discs, my question is:

Is there a computer program to create lists of songs to put in folders so the punters know what songs I've got...

Don't wanna spend hours typing it all out

both KJPRO.com and Music Book Deluxe are good songmakerprograms with excellent databases.

Karaoke Books is a European software, and as such, specializes in their companies.

Airware is free, but has a limit on the stuff until you pay for it. I haven't tried it in the past few years. Last time I tried it, it had tons of errors in it. Unsure if they've fixed those or not.

Personally, the quick and easy fix ain't always the way to go. I'd rather hand type them out... it's what I've done over the years!

LAtishaw's songlist Generator is probably the best $19 you can spend to do what you want to do.   It scans your folders and use the file names to generate a list.  Kjpro and Music Book Deluxe both need you to tell it what discs are in your folders.
