This is a what if question, that popped into my mind, why, I don't know...
.....what if the internet was available as it is today to Elvis. Now, the guy couldn't go anywhere, or do anything in public because of his fame, so he watched TV, ate excessively, and did drugs. I think he could have, and would have been an internet junkie, posting on sites like KS, and SS, and being just another junkie like the rest of us. I could just see him posting Love Me Tender on SS, and someone telling him, you sound almost as good as The King himself, or someone posting....oh no, another Elvis impersonator.........or better yet, Talent Scout ripping him a new a-hole..."don't quit your day job, buddy"..........I bet a lot of famous celebreties today go to sites, and mingle in with common folk like us......It might have prolonged Elvis's life. I always felt very sorry for him......
