I just heard about some people smoking dope in the back parking lot of a bar.   They didn't know about the security camera, I guess.   They got arrested.    Have to pay some fines or something.    The only place you are totally safe is in your house.

How does the camera know it was pot?? Did they suspect something due to the camera then catch them in the act at a later time? I went through a phase where I rolled fresh tobacco and was hastled all the time at bars because it looked just like a joint. If someone arrested me because they thought I was smoking pot just based on camera evidence, I'd sue their pants off!!

I'm certain the cops came and ASKED questions... and looked at what was going on... not just arrested due to the camera! LOL! Police rarely just come and slam you down on the car and arrest you. I think it's funny watching COPS when they bust a guy with dope on him or in his car, and will wait for the guy to confess most of the time... it's rarely cut and dry.

The owner or security probably watched them passing the joint around.....You don't do that with your typical cigarette....Then he made sure to record it and called the cops....cops show up, pat them down and find the pot, or they find the roach on the ground where they were smoking.....Busted!

LMAO The Miranda Quote should start out, "You have a right to not do Stupid Stuff, but if you decide to, then you have a right to remain silent......"

Most accidents (head space and timing errors) actually occur in the home!
