Hi, I have been trying to update my account here on SS, and so far all I have been getting is a blank screen after I submit my request. I am using Mozilla/Firefox, could that be the problem? I have emailed the webmaster and I have tried everything he suggested to do and still have no luck. I really would like to upgrade my account, so any help I can would be greatly appreciated. - Tonya

Firefox user here, never had a problem. Only thing that I've noticed not working on my end was my Quicktime was out of date, but other than that, good to go.

thanks, I just checked and my quicktime is up-to-date, so I guess I am back to square one....I'll keep trying and see what happens. - Tonya

Hey, I figured out my problem  ...I needed to install an IE extension to my browser...thanks for the help. I should be upgraded by tomorrow or the next day.  -Tonya
