  Hi! Check out my first submission: http://www.singersshowcase.com/song.php ... act2=40122

I was encouraged to come over and join by Jeffieoke - we sometimes hit karaoke clubs together. As a matter of fact I pretty much got my start singing in public through him. Back in the day, he, The Tiger, and me would hit the streets for all sorts of outrage and recklessness. Initially I only had the courage to sing in a group with them, but eventually learned an individual song enough to give it a shot. Of course copious amounts of alcohol always helps the nerves.  :beermates: Back then it was mostly about chasing down the fairer sex anyway. Since then, no doubt I have gotten hooked and have my own home karaoke set up and numerous custom disks. No doubt singing is good for the soul.

As for me I have many interests. Storm chasing is one. Check out my site if you are curious: http://www.tornadoxtreme.com/.

My choice in songs is somewhat eclectic with no overall preference. I'm not much into rap, but do occasionally enjoy some hip hop. I'd guess I sing mostly a little older stuff - somewhat on the soft side, but not always. I do some country, numerous today and yesterday pop, and rock.  Some of what I like is probably a little unusual for most karaoke - at least from what I can tell from going out numerous times locally.  Here are a few to name and expect from me in the future: Elton John, Bread, John Denver, The Eagles, Glen Campbell, The Cure, Don McLean, The Scorpions, U2, Coldplay, Garth Brooks, Nirvana.

I look forward to some interesting chats and sharing of music and life with the rest of you.

Cheers!

Bill
