Well, if you have a composite video out or s-video out you can run them to an rf converter and to as many tv's as you would like.
If you do ont have a video out you can use a vga converter but those do not work very well, you would be better off buying a new computer.

You can buy a device that connects USB and provides S-video out that you can then run to a TV.....but they usually cost upwards of 200 bucks and are complicated to set up and operate reliably....
They are all designed as TV tuners that allow you to watch TV on your laptop via USB connection...Some of them have an S-video out that you can run to a TV and then play CDG graphics thru them....but to do so you have to maniplate the software lots.
Too bad your sound card already uses your PCIA slot or you could buy a cheap TV out card to use there instead.
I gave up trying to use a laptop for a high quality show. I instead built myself a rackable PC.....My reasoning was:
A: lots cheaper...A whole lot cheaper than a compatable laptop with necessary add on's
B: super easy to upgrade cause plenty of cheap PCI/AGP cards out there for sound and video and they just get cheaper everyday.
C: room for huge multi harddrives and even raid sata back up and reliability offered by raid array
E: super cheap and easy to upgrade ram and CPU and even the motherboard whenever you want.
F: lots of open slots for additional PCI cards whereas laptop only has one open slot.
G: cheap and simple to add/change CD/DVD burners whereas laptop has room for only one(I have one of each installed, both cdg compatable
H: full size keyboard and mouse(wireless)
I: can upgrade/swap monitors at anytime
J: plenty of USB connections(mine has 8 and room for more)
K:room for floppy and media card reader(mine has both)
L: Not near as fragile or easy to steal/damage as laptop
M: easy and cheap to repair if damaged
N:can be used as super gamer when not doing karaoke
