Post subject:  Hi from Nigel

Hi im Nigel and im from the uk,i recently created my own website which you can view by clicking the www symbol down on the bottom left. but never really got anyone to come on and have a listen ive been singing since i was small and am now 36 and always love to show off what i can do,i use a keyboard and midi to normally record songs or when i go out singing, but just recently ive been buying karaoke baking files which i can play from my keyboard and record, ive already uploaded one song to the showcase,
I've never really made a career out of my singing as i only do it now and again when i get the time,i love singing and showing off the songs i have covered.
One ambition is to one day go to a recording studio and record an album with a live orchestra it is one ambition im not sure will ever happen but hopefully you never know.
As i said im 36 now so getting on a bit but will never want to give up singing as long as possibly can
anyway i hope you enjoy the songs i put up and maybe a few of you would like to come along and say hi on my website and let me know what you think and it would be great to come on here and make some great new friends who share the same interests as myself

Greetings Nigel! I just listened to you and you are wonderful.  It's nice we get such impressive singers here from across the sea like yourself.  Keep up the great work and certainly do share it with us! Now about this "getting on" business! You are NEVER too old to pursue your dreams--well, there are exceptions--I don't think any amount of Botox injections could sneak me through an "American Idol" audition, but the rest of what I say is true. Nice meeting you! Michael

Welcome Nigel,

I found this in the Forum FAQ:

How do I join a Usergroup?
To join a usergroup click the usergroup link on the page header (dependent on template design) and you can then view all usergroups. Not all groups are open access -- some are closed and some may even have hidden memberships. If the board is open then you can request to join it by clicking the appropriate button. The user group moderator will need to approve your request; they may ask why you want to join the group. Please do not pester a group moderator if they turn your request down -- they will have their reasons.

Nigel,

On the left side of the screen there is an area called "Member Area" and "User Groups" is the fourth item down.

Hope this helps!

Susie :)  <------ Can't believe she could help anyone in a "techie" way!!  LOL
