Hi, I am trying to get my picture, avatar whichever, and I cant seem to get it to work. It tells me they are to big, I have tried to cut everything else out, but still cant seem to get it small enough anyone out there able to help me? I know you all must get tired of these same old questions, and I am sorry to bother. Some very nice people gave me the points to be able to do it yesterday but I just cant get it. Any help would be appreciated...........Thanks in advance for any help. Dana |

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 120 pixels, the height no greater than 120 pixels, and the file size no more than 59 KB. 120 pixels = 1.25" To be safe use a 1" x 1" pic to start. If you are using Adobe, you can select the quality to save as a jpg. Select low to mid quality this will keep the file size down. |

Also you need to visit the forum shop, it's on the left side menu. There you can buy an avatar privelege for 25 points, then you can post your pic :hug: |

Mines as big as a postage stamp and it still says it's too big. Does it matter if it is color or black and white for the pixel or file size ? |

It shouldn't matter if it's color or black & white...it has more to do with the photo quality(dpi). If you have it resized to the correct size(120x120 pixels I believe) and it's still too big, try saving it at a lower quality...say 80-90%. That should work. If you don't have a program that can do that I recommend Irfanview...it's freeware and simple to use. You can get it here: http://www.irfanview.com/ Or just send 'em to me... sinnamon.spice at yahoo.com ...it'll only take me a sec and I have nothing better to do LOL |

Alltel doesn't do to well in the reviews. They got a 2 out of a possible 5 on epinions. http://www.epinions.com/elec-Comm-Mobil ... y_~reviews I would recommend checking reviews on other ISPs for a better service if that is an option.
