At some point in everyone's life we have done something very impulsive, be it exciting, terrifying, or just plain stupid. What is the most impulsive thing you have ever done, and what were the consequences, if any?

Why? I don't. I spilled about my embarassing moment on another thread... was the whole car sex/baseball field sex thing. That was a first date. I knew the guy for a while via online. I have never done it since or before, but it was the most "fly by the seat of your pants" thing I have ever done. I won't be repeating the experience, but I wouldn't give up the memory either for the world. I learned from my mistake.... no such thing as "just sex".

i think my most impulsive day was the day i walked into my boss's office and told him to shove it, but i used a few different words that the forum will edit beyond recognition if i use them here.  obviously the consequences were i didn't work there anymore, but i didn't want to work there anymore anyway.  i have done a fwew other impulsive things, but like babs, they really can't be mentioned here!

I recall one unfortunate impulsive moment on my part.  I was in a bar in Corpus Christ, Texas and wound up having words with the jolly green giant.  I told him his size wasn't a problem for me - sooooooo I popped him - Dang, not only was he a giant he was also a black belt - not a good night at all.  By the way that was over thirty years ago and we are still friends to this day.
