Has anyone seen this show.  They had an 11 year old last night that blew my socks off. I'm still trying to figure where that voice came from. There are a lot of nuts on there, but it was better than anything else on.

My son is only 10 and his voice blows my mind sometimes. He isn't patient enough to perfect his craft yet, but his ability to belt it out, and his vocal control stuns me. When he was 7 he got up and sang Superman (It's Not Easy) by Five for Fighting for his class. Now he has graduated to singing Godsmack and System of a Down. I hope he can hang on to his vocal confidence until he gets older....I lost mine somewhere along the way and ended up losing about 15 years of singing. I will have to watch for that show now... love seeing undiscovered talent of any age.

Yes! I actually got to go to that very show which was taped about three weeks ago. I was surprised to see how many acts were cut out of the show.. acts that actually made it through. What a disapointment for those people. Some of the really stupid acts were left in.  :? The acts that were cut were only given a little mention at the end. But yeah... that 11 year old girl sheeeeeesh.... what a voice!   I turned to my friends as we stood up and applauded and said.. we saw her here first.. perhaps she'll go on to big things.
