I have been using Acoustica Internet Audio Mixer but today I just got Audacity. For some reason while I am recording it will just stop. Sometimes the background music will keep playing but sometimes it stops too. I have no idea what to do. I can't get through recording a whole song because it just stops. If anyone can help me please do!!! |

Does audacity stop recording, or is the recording there, but only recording silence? |

audacity just stops recording. the first time it stopped i kept singing and then when i played it back, there was silence where it stopped recording...... |

Also make sure you dont have too many programs open while you are attempting to record. You may be drawing too many system resources and robbing you of Ram. I also agree with Swingcat try downloading program again. Be sure to uninstall previous version first. |
