Karaoke Forums

What do I need to do to access the Singers Forum. Every time I attempt to post I get a message that says "Sorry, but only users granted special access can reply to posts in this forum." There are several topics of interest in there that I'd love to post on but keep getting that message. Thanks to all who reply...Drea  :)

nevermind - I answered my own question - I always seem to figure things out AFTER I publicly make myself look like a Dumba$$!! Thanks anyway...Drea

Oh no, you are SO not alone.... When you get to browsing you'll see plenty of my *nevermind*'s and *had to edit*'s floating around here.  LOL

Of course, some of them were entirely someone else's fault.... not a cause of my stupidity. But, some are. (but shhhhhhh..... don't tell anyone)

Your definitely not alone!  I have gone back and forth so many times trying to figure out how to put those "Quotes" in, that all of you use.  Many a tries, and finally figured it out.
It's a shame I work on a computer all day long, and can't figure this out.  Back and forth and back and forth.
How do I reply to a particular individual?  Do I just reply, etc etc.
Can Be confusing at first!  But we get the hang of it after we make a fool of ourselves a few times.  Just like Karaoke, it is all in fun.

well right now I'm trying to remember how to delete a pic out of my album - I've done it before but do you think I can remember? I hate when I get this distracted -- I do the dumbest things...oh well thats life, mine anyways!!

there I go again- I just noticed the little red "X" under the pic that when you hover over it, it says delete. I think I should just go to bed...I've got the worse case of Dumba$$ in the world today. Maybe my brain will wake up with me tomorrow... .

When I first started on here,  I must of done something stupid.  Because someone had tried to PM me, and couldn't.  So had to start the whole process over.  But also dummy me, typing to fast I guess, I typed in the wrong name anyway.  Was supposed to be kjs-r- best.   Not kj's- best.  I am no better then anyone of you guys/gals out there.   But I do think "kjs" are the best.  Not to get off of the subject though, just to show how dumb I was.  Pretty stupid huh?  Not to mention submitting my first post twice.  You probably all must of thought "Look!  A real newbie"
But thanks to all of you for such interesting chatting.  Think I could learn a lot from all of you.  Isn't life an education anyway?  Even at my age we are never to old to learn.

You should do what I do.  Ask a question, and post your answer in a following post. Also thank yourself in yet another post following your answer, and than repost with another suggestion that differ's from your original answer to your original post !  It will keep you on your feet !

The craziest one I ever did was when I ripped and posted a test track into singers showcase instead of the intended one...I didn't give it a thought till the next day when I listened to the track I had ripped...then I couldn't log into SS, the site was down till mid-afternoon. And guess what song was the last one posted before SS went down- MINE!! It sucked so bad I took out the whole site.... Anyway when SS came back up I pounced on it and took the track down and put up the right one...I only had one comment on it so I wasn't too overly humiliated. Yeah I'm still learning stuff every day and probably always will. Now the first thing I do when I post a song is to listen to what I posted....

Now that sounds like a plan!! I did come back and say that I figured it out but I didn't actually answer myself...now I'm getting confused...

Don't feel bad.  I broke singer's showcase twice just trying to comment on songs.

I'm so glad I'm not alone...I'll tell you though that song was really bad - I'm surprised I didn't knock down the whole internet...I could have sold it as a lethal weapon...would stun anyone within hearing distance into shocked horror!!
